There is no change in the plan designs!

​SOP received an increase, in order to maintain the integrity of the plan designs, team members costs have increased slightly, but they are still lower than the 2023 plan year costs.

If you are currently enrolled in the medical plan and elected the 'paperless' option within your UHC Member Account, you will receive an email regarding your new digital ID card and how to access it.

Paylocity will continue to be the HSA administrator for 2025!

Voluntary Life and AD&D will continue to be provided by MetLife.

Open Enrollment Guidelines:

Team Members currently enrolled can increase their benefit amount by $10,000 without medical question, known as Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
​

Team Members currently enrolled with spouse coverage, can increase their spousal coverage by $5,000 without EOI.
​

Team Members who previously declined coverage for themselves and/or their dependents, but want to elect coverage during open enrollment, will be required to submit an EOI for any amount being elected.
​
Please note: any request to increase coverage that exceeds the Guaranteed Issue (GI) amount, will require and EOI.
​
​
If you are a new hire you can elect, in $10,000 increments to a maximum of the lessor of 5 times your pay or $500,000.
You are eligible to elect up to $150,000 without medical question, known as Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
